Runt is a Toxicroak originally trained by Deimos, but released to the Great Marsh after his death. Due to the interference of the Flickering Thing, he ended up merging with his other three counterparts, but was freed by Tagg. He ended up later joining Maggie's team after travelling with them for a while.
