Houdini Laws

Houdini Laws refer a number of laws existent from at least since the early 20th Century whose stated purpose was to protect non-powered people against both Aurics who misused their powers as well as fake Aurics (In particular psychics) who scammed people, but in reality were the result of anti-Auric sentiments common at the time that were taken to an extreme. At least one law until circumvented prevented Ludmilla from leaving Sinnoh except in a biohazard container due to her being psychic.
