Appearance

Yasu wears an black coat and black gloves and has never been seen without it. This is due to the fact he has to wear clothes that doesn't get static electricity, including the hands. When he was younger, he has short, dull light brown hair covering his right eye, hiding he's one of the school children. While mostly no one knows what color its right eye is, its left eye is light green, leading people to assume both of his eyes are green.

As of late, Yasu has been wearing ear-pierces and taken an interest in leather clothing and punk styes, though he can be seen wearing a leather jacket. He also currently wearing an choker around his neck. Its hair is longer, but he is currently growing it to make a ponytail.

Personality

When he was a kid, Yasu can be very nervous and scared around people he never met. Despite this, he tries to interact with others, even if it cause everyone else to look away. He can also be brave in certain situations that could lead up to something deadly if he doesn't do anything. As he gets older, Yasu tries to be more confident even though some of its nervousness tends to slip in such as its hand's shaking when trying to handfeed Peyton during Valintine's Day of 2026.

When interacting with close friends and family, he usually speaks, but when interacting with people he hasn't met, he uses his notebook to speak instead. However, he isn't spineless as he appears to be. When agitated, it's more or less an curb stomp battle that resulted in Yasu being the sole winner.

He gets flustered a bit when asked about something a tad bit embarrassing.

He can be a bit cold when doing certain actions like he did with the plant when demonstration its ability.

Its moods sometimes switch randomly, though the scientists and The School theorizes that it could be related to something else.

He usually doesn't express much, but when interacting with Peyton, its expressions are noted to be a bit brighter and slightly expressive.

He's a bit sensitive to his own emotions, although he feels more overwhelm by the feelings of love. Despite that, he does breathing exercises to gain some control over that.

However, regardless of how he usually acts towards everyone, Maki's comment to Yukari about how Yasu isn't as innocent as he usually suggest that Yasu may or may not be the "ideal schoolchild" as he usually parkours and sometimes does use risky methods if it's needed.

Biography

Nothing is known much about it, other than the fact that Yasu is an schoolchildren from the school who tries to escape, but an incident cause it to loose its left eye. Thankfully, he was quickly treated at the hospital and has been on the run ever since. This also led to change its hairstyle and color in order to throw off anyone from the school that are looking for it. This leads to it meeting Yukari at Naranja y Uva Academy.

With that said, prior to the incident ever happen, Yasu was confined in its room. Despite that, Akari tries to make sure he at the very least have a stable childhood. One day, after catching Maki from running away again, he meets Lead, who is very friendly towards it and, as far as Yasu is concern, the only person there besides Akari understands he has selective mutism. This cause it to open up and being able to talk to Lead.

Years later, he and Lead reunited in the way Yasu doesn't want. He clearly doesn't want to lose him and while he knows Lead can't ditch the school, he tells him that he can't go back as he was mark for liquidation due to his mutism being the biggest factor.

Relationships

Maki

He's the closest to Maki, being its comfort during when he starts to feel scared or feeling like its life is in danger. It's unknown how long he's been with her, but it's safe to say that they know each for around three to four years.

Yukari Kanase

Despite being created from Yukari's DNA, they both consider each other as siblings. Yasu really cares about Yukari's safety as he doesn't want the school to get rid of her.

Yuji Kanase

They both know each other well, considering the fact that Yuji decided to take care of it after Akari pass away.

Lead

Its only friend prior to his escape. He consider Lead its best friend and is the only person Yasu can feel comfortable talking to as he and Lead consider themselves as "Poison Buddies".

Peyton

He first met Peyton at school when they introduce themselves to it, leading to exchanging contact and cause Yasu to slowly devloped feelings for them. Afer confessing its feelings to them abiet not the way he wanted, they share the same feeling as well. As of Feburary 16th, 2025, they are a couple.
