He apparently holds a relatively senior position within Interpol, but takes a relatively lenient view towards vigilante groups such as the Aurabolts as a result of some unspecified debt to his brother-in-law/Alice's father. As of the Galar arc, he is responsible for Interpol's sponsorship of Gaia and Shun during the Galar League challenge.
