Banjo is Hailee's Grookey, and the 2nd Pokemon she ever obtained.

Personality

Banjo, contrary to his species' typical rambunctious nature, doesn't tend to cause trouble at any given opportunity. However, he can get overconfident, always stepping in and trying to handle the situation, even if he is outclassed by the opponent by a large mile. However, he means well, and is a trusty partner in battle.

Battle Strategy

Banjo uses his rhythm to his advantage, managing to trip up the opponent with his rhythm, then striking. He can leap on his opponents and then unleash a Branch Poke, though some Pokemon can work past his tricky tactics and trip him up.

Relationships

• Hailee - Timothy and Hailee are best friends, as they've been together since Hailee's stay in Galar. They both share a strong desire to compete in Gym Battles to become the best battlers they can be.
• Timothy - Timothy and Banjo are best friends, since they are both Hailee's first Pokemon. However, Banjo can get annoyed with him, especially because of his easily distracted nature.
