The Final Shell is the main base for the Mobius Society, and the site of the climax of the Entralink Arc, located within the Ultra Badlands, on land originally belonging to the Knuckles Clan. Between the J-Team and their assembled allies battles with the Izaya loyalist faction of Mobius, and the following battle against The Fanatic, much of the base was left in ruins. It is currently being guarded by the Alliance, while the Knuckles Clan has been allowed to move back in.
Trivia
- Much like how the jungle portion of the Ultra Badlands is based on the Mystic Ruins in Sonic Adventure, the Final Shell is based on the Final Egg stage, Dr. Eggman's Mystic Ruins base.
