Hane Sagi was the leader of Viperia during most of the Conquest Arc. She was dating Celzvet until he broke it off when he was transformed into a golden Bisharp. She also had a strong dislike for her brother, Fukurou, which prompted her to steal his starter Pokemon when she left for Hoenn at the end of the war. Sometime after this, she gave birth to an unnamed son via Celzvet.
