King Moggle Mog XII (also called "Good King Moggle Mog XII" or "Good King Mog", is a Wigglytuff NPC introduced in the Kalos Arc. King Moggle Mog XII is based on the boss character in a boss fight in Final Fantasy XIV. He is attended by the Mooglesguard.

Appearance and Personality

Due to his larger than average size and his newly awakened Fairy typing, King Moggle Mog XII became drunk with power and developed a ruler complex, believing himself to be king of the world. (<"But first I need enough soldiers to make tell people that.">) While Good King Mog is very much self-important, the King seems to be at the very least, a semi-proper ruler, as he healed The Mooglesguard in their first appearance after they were defeated by Ren's team. The King, like the character he's based on, wears an ornate crown and wields a scepter that is almost as tall as himself. The Scepter is set with a Large, spherical crystal.

Biography

The King's first appearance was a brief confrontation with Ren after the Mooglesguard attacked Ren and co. for nearly interrupting the King's meal. The King, displaying his heritage during the encounter with Ren (being born from a mating of a released male Clefable and a wild female Wigglytuff), used Heal Pulse to heal the Mooglesguard and attempted to lead a renewed assault. However, Ren had Kitsune and Gamma teleport the King and the Mooglesguard to another area of Kalos after Ren decided that attacking the weak fairy type mon would be borderline cruelty. After this defeat, The King vowed vengeance upon Ren and all his friends and is now wandering Kalos with his Mooglesguard. The King - as well as his Mooglesguard - are certain to re-emerge again.

Trivia

  • Like all the other mon in the Mooglesguard, King Moggle Mog XII frequently ends his sentences with the word "kupo".
