Moon Tribe

The Moon Tribe was one of two twin civilizations of Latios and Latias, the other being the Celestials. The Moon Tribe got their name from using their advanced technology to terraform the moon, temporarily making it lush and beautiful even co-existing with their technology. However, after thousands of years of prosperity the Moon Tribe was destroyed by an unknown cataclysm that also returned the moon to its former, barren state. Waka and Kaguya are the only known survivors, though some technology survived, including the Ark of Yamato, which was initially ferried to the Celestials after the Moon Tribe's destruction.
