Terrifying Presence is an Auric power discovered by Tagg sometime in-between the first battle with Nihilist!Tagg and the Hoenn arc. It works by transmitting feelings of pure terror into a person or mon's mind, and can be performed by either speaking or merely glaring, which is signified by evil text. However, as was the case with Ryklys, beings with high willpower can shake off its effects.
