The Rocket Admin was a Team Rocket officer who had kidnapped Pies, holed up with some remnants in Stark Mountain, and used the Magma Stone to control a number of Heatran. Tagg and Jane defeated him with the help of Dialga and the Regi Trio, leading him to decide to commit suicide via lava pit out of despair.
