9-Volt is Colton's Galvantula, and the fourth he ever encountered.
Personality
9-Volt is excitable and energetic but not strictly positive. He has a habit of meeting new people with excitement and joining in on things without warning, leading to him letting himself down a bit, but remaining invested in new things, up to and including opponents.
Despite his peppiness and energy, he's surprisingly down-to-Earth sometimes. He attributes this to the years spent with Kendall in semi-retirement back in Castelia City after the events of Black and White. He knows what people see in him, and wants them to see what he is, rather than what they think he is.

- Alpha and Beta are effectively their game equivalents, but Delta is entirely unique to WAAPT.
