Zrone Dyspav is a paranoid Sinn scientist hellbent on creating a new universe where mankind is no longer reliant on Pokémon.

Zrone is an incredibly smug and petty, albeit brilliant, scientist.

Has worked freelance for both the Illusion Project and Neo-Galactic, though he never officially joined.
He despises Tagg for constantly ruining his plans, though on his part Tagg only considers him an incredibly dangerous annoyance.
He sees Crow as a curious anomaly, but ultimately as nothing more than an annoying pest who just happens to keep showing up
Zrone hired Leng to assassinate Tagg, Verax, Jacob, Crow, and Blitz, but only used him as a pawn.
