Battletoad

Battletoad is Poppy's Froakie, and the fourth she acquired during the Paldea Arc.

Personality

When Battletoad first met Poppy, he presented himself as this no-nonsense ninja serious about facing worthy challengers. After joining Poppy's Team, he found no reason for him to continue this act, and so presents his true self: He is friendly, outgoing, surprisingly good at video games, and above all, dreams of becoming a Greninja. He also might have a slight identity crisis.

Battletoad uses a variety of moves to change his typing constantly in battle, as well as use his many tricks up his sleeves, to trip up his opponents.

• Poppy: Battletoad's reason for joining Poppy was to help him through his identity crisis, so he views her as someone who can help him.
• Donut: Battletoad seems to view Donut as a friend.

• Sunrise: Battletoad seems to view Sunrise as a friend.
• Crusher: Battletoad seems to view Crusher as a friend.
• Nessa: Battletoad seems to view Nessa as a friend.
• Stormwind: Battletoad has bonded with Stormwind due to their shared love of battle - and because he thinks Stormwind looks awesome, platonically.
