Shadow (Poppy)

Shadow is Poppy's Absol, and the sixth she acquired during the Paldea Arc.

Personality

Shadow is, for lack of a better word, a total edgelord. He is cool, calm, and collected - and has a cold demeanour in front of everyone around him. He's secretly terrified of being forgotten, and is focused on bringing disaster to trainers who mistreat their Pokemon - a far cry from Absol's typical role as warners of disaster. He's not too happy at the fact that no one takes him seriously. Perhaps just one member taking him seriously could help him open up, even just a little?

Battle Strategy

Shadow mainly relies on using moves such as Night Slash to cut up his opponents. He is also capable of using Shadow Claw and Play Rough for coverage (though he reckons using Play Rough makes him look dumb).
