Mata Nui was given one mission: protect Umbra. Since then, he’s followed that mission any way he can, often to the point of being overprotective. However, behind that defensive exterior is a surprisingly kind, though competitive, individual. He loves testing his strength against new opponents, but has a hard time losing –especially when something important is at stake. Fortunately, he has good friends to snap him out of it.
