Personality

Thoreau seems to be under the impression that most problems in life can be solved by throwing them far enough. He is still rather young, around the same age as Kohai, whom Thoreau has a rivalry with.

Abilities in battle

Thoreau's preferred battle method is seeing how far he can throw his opponents.

History

Lillith caught Thoreau in Pinwheel Forest, coming across him while he was throwing random wild Pokémon into the air.

Relationships

• Is rivals with Kohai, the two getting into fights over whether throwing or punching is a more effective strategy. It is suggested that the two might consider each other friends to some degree, as Thoreau seems to miss having Kohai around to fight with during the Orre arc.
