Steggy is Owen Edmundson's Shiny Turtwig, and the seventh Pokemon he caught on his journey.

Appearance
In his Pokemon form, Steggy resembles a regular Shiny Turtwig, albeit one that is sometimes seen with a Voltorb taped to his back in reference to the Mine Turtle from asdfmovie. The Voltorb is mainly used during battle, but will also go off at inopportune times like many other Voltorb.
Personality
Background
Unlike the other six members of Owen's team, not much is currently known about Steggy's backstory. It can be implied that he has had a connection with the Voltorb he carries on his back for a while, though. More information about his background, and the origins behind some of his crazier behaviors, has yet to be revealed.
