- [TS] While on the way to LaRousse City following the Poké Ringer contest's conclusion, Tagg, Tracer, Umbra, and co find a bunch of abandoned Larvitar.
- One of them ends up taking a liking to Jadis and Abel.
- The trainer Trish, after her door is blown down gives her reasoning for doing so, giving them a chance to be adopted by traveling trainers.
- Trish agrees to have her surplus mons taken by the PEFE to be rehomed.
- Another Larvitar ends up joining with the traveling Slowpoke and Duosion duo.
- Andre is nicknamed and joins Tracer's team.
- [TS] Rex trades Dahlia and his Farfetch'd away.

- Tagg and his mons confront Anja on Route 123, Steel in particular naming her a Vow Breaker.
