Biography

A native of Slateport City, Hoenn, Jeff is pretty an average guy on first glance. However, he has telepathic abilities, and formerly had more general psionic abilities before losing them for some unknown reason. He started traveling with the group in Fortree, after helping to take down Meme's branch of the Family of Blood, of whom his father was a victim. After spending some time with Silent in Kanjoh, he decided to join the PEFE, and is currently in testing to become a researcher.

Jeff is good friends with Umbra, Ammy, Lina, Straw, Eskay, Psyche, Silent, and Alyssa.

He considers Umbra to be family because of Elysia.
