Personality
Snoop is, naturally, the exact opposite of his partner Scramble. While Scramble is a pessimistic worrywart, Snoop is relatively optimistic and upbeat, though not all that excitable given that he is a Torkoal. Arguably the biggest aspect of Snoop's personality, however, is his absolute love of games of any kind-- video games, outdoor games, professional sports games, and, most of all, television game shows. Specifically, Snoop's greatest love is that of the educational television show Gamecube (known outside of WAAPT as the HBO series Crashbox). He will immediately recommend the show to other people, such as Braker, and thinks that the games in the show are highly enjoyable and quotable. Unfortunately, Snoop can be a bit too obsessed with Gamecube for his own good-- upon seeing Braker's newscast, his first thought was that of confusion as to why distracting things weren't popping out at random (a reference to the Crashbox/Gamecube game Distraction News). Snoop is relatively carefree and relaxed, and in comparison to Scramble doesn't usually seem to let things get him down or worry him too much. He enjoys having fun and will freely encourage others to do the same as well, as seen during his first conversation with Braker. Upon hearing that Braker hadn't really watched Gamecube because he was working to become a news anchor and was trying to collect the latest news, Snoop immediately encouraged him to relax and have fun more often, as he didn't want to see Braker get so overworked-- a statement that Walter ultimately agreed with. Due to his love of game shows, Snoop also enjoys being quizzed and tested on things, as he believes it to be a game in and of itself. Naturally, Snoop is great friends with Scramble, and will often encourage and help him when he is at his lowest point. The two of them watch Gamecube episodes together, which according to Snoop is the only thing that makes Scramble even remotely happy.

- Hasslemon typing quirk:
Whenever two vowels are next to e͡ach other in a word, the two vowels in that word will have a ti͡e over them, to represent a turtle's shell. "Y" is not considered to be a vowel in this context, so while the word :pi͡e: wo͡uld have a ti͡e over it, the word :say: wo͡uld not. In additi͡on, Sno͡op do͡es not type with quotati͡on marks; inste͡ad using colons to quote things.

Trivia
- Snoop's name is derived from the rapper Snoop Dogg, as a reference to the fact that Torkoal exude smoke. While the name "Muddy" was also in contention, Goldenheart388 ultimately went with Snoop after a deciding coin toss.
- According to Goldenheart388, Snoop's Hasslemon handle is coalminersGamecube (CG). The "coalminer" part serves as a reference to Snoop's species and the fact that Torkoal are often seen around coal mines, whereas "Gamecube" is the WAAPT-based equivalent to the HBO Family educational game show series Crashbox-- Snoop's favorite all-time game show.
- According to Goldenheart388, Snoop's regular character theme is "Mudfootball (For Moe Lerner)" by Jack Johnson. This makes Snoop the second (or third if you include Braker himself) member of Braker's team to have a Jack Johnson song as his character theme, with the first being Walter.
