Personality
Hale is highly competitive, single-minded, and respects other Pokémon mostly based on how strong they are. He has a breathless manner of speech.
History
Channah received Hale's egg as a gift in Johto. He evolved not long after hatching, such was the strength of their bond. His physical body died along with her old team when she was young, while his mind grounded itself in her Mindscape to survive, accidentally getting trapped within her Mind of Crystal as a result.
He remained trapped there until 2018, when Tagg released him during a Mindscape dive.
In the Entralink arc, Mew separated him from Channah's mind and revived him as a Gallade, upon his request for a form that would give him an edge in combat.
