Joseph is shortish and cheerful looking. He has dirty blond hair and deep blue eyes. He wears an orange t-shirt and blue sweatpants.
As for backstory, Joseph got a starter (an Oshawott that likes his sister far more than him), but was never really inspired to begin his Pokemon journey for a while, more satisfied with helping out at the nearby Day Care Center. After helping there for a couple of years, the couple gave him four eggs: a Petilil egg, a Budew egg, a Litwick egg and a Gothita egg. With these four, he was finally motivated to go out. Personality-wise, Joseph is very cheerful, outgoing and hyperactive. He loves people and Pokemon, and has a tendency to hang out with one or two people in a group at a time.
He also has a curious tendency to appear behind people.
