An Auric Construct is a weapon or any other shaped object formed using Aura or Obscura, and among the most commonly used Auric abilities.

Formation

An Auric Construct is formed purely through its user forming a shape in their mind and forming it using Aura, the shapes only being limited by the imagination of the wielder. Humans often have issues with making proper constructs, and as such use Auric Mediums. These constructs, once created, are virtually weightless but can smash or slash just like their non-Auric counterparts. Their effectiveness is based on the willingness of their wielder to do harm to their opponent, with strength ranging from no better than a foam bat, to cutting at near-monomolecular levels in the case of those skilled enough. Beginner human Aurics tend to use mediums to form their constructs around, while fully realized Aura Guardians and other experienced Aurics are capable of forming constructs without a medium.
