Pleo is the son of Lugia, who generally spends his time in the Orange Islands being watched over by the local Pokémon. In the PMD-B timeline, he has taken over the mantle of Lugia from his father.
Pleo, along with his counterpart Nix, are the opposite Attributes of their parents; Pleo is a Heart of Gold.
