Bio and History

Hecate, unlike many of her evolutionary line, is a vegetarian, after a fairly traumatic experience when Lady Black demonstrated soul-burning to Hecate on a passing Sentret. Hecate, unwilling to kill another living creature, showed that Litwick (and their evolutions by extension) can "burn" plant matter to fuel their flames. This, however, does not leave battling out of the question, as she seemed excited about the prospect of a tournament.
