Estoc is not especially invested in the world around him, mostly caring about where his next meal will come from. He's fairly serious, and prefers that everything makes sense.

Estoc is not fast, but he is tough. He uses his Water Bubble ability to enhance the power of his Water-type attacks, gets right up in his opponent's face, and beats them down.
