Skoll is young, and his personality has not settled. He tends to speak in long, drawn-out sentences, and does his best to make himself entirely clear at all times. He has a tendency to follow any directions given to him in a painfully literal way.

He appears to have concerns over whether or not he is being paid attention.

Skoll uses his ranged power to attack opponents from far away. When in a pinch however, he can use physical moves to some effect as well. Reversal is a common last resort.
