The Gaim Rahm is the physical manifestation of a fragment of the Akashic Records, a normally non-physical compendium of all knowledge, which at some point fell into the hands of the PEFE's Fiore branch located in Summerland, before being stolen by Lucius under the instruction of Sol and Ton, who were working for Cycle.
