PEFE Trackers are tracking devices used by the PEFE in order to track the paths of migratory species. The trackers are connected to the PEFE databanks so that aspiring trainers cannot catch the mons involved and ruin months of research. They can be either slipped under the skin surgically or placed in an article of clothing such as the scarf worn by Lake.
