Coulomb is Tagg's male Eelektross, who he acquired in Chargestone Cave over a week-long timeskip. Despite his large size and fearsome appearance, Coulomb is actually fairly docile, though a very skilled battler. Due to his cartilaginous skeleton, he is also fairly flexible.
