Xatu is in a word, strange. Tagg's oldest active team member, he was caught at the Ruins of Alph when Tagg was 11, apparently because he felt that it was his destiny to. A very mysterious mon, he often talks in riddles, trolls, and appears to be playing a long chess game with certain humans and Pokémon alike, though despite appearances he is on the side of good. Xatu is also a master of Teleport, and is capable of using it for cross-region travel if Tagg doesn't feel like walking or flying.
