Kamella is Tagg's female Blastoise, who he acquired from Professor Scycamore at his lab in Lumiose along with a Blastoisinite.
Personality
Kamella is rather shy and tends to react to fright by withdrawing into her shell. Following evolution she's gotten a lot braver and a lot snarkier, though she still doesn't speak.
