Muddy is Tagg's male Swampert, who he acquired in Litteroot Town at the age of 13. While much like Tagg in many ways (To the point that he serves as his sidekick and is also a Soul of Silver), he also serves as a minor foil. Muddy also has a son by the name of Skipper due to him and Ditto mating.
