Forecaster

Forecaster is Tagg's female Castform, who he acquired at the Weather Institute in Hoenn when he was 13. She is fairly high spirited, and is probably the most extroverted out of Tagg's Hoenn mons. While generally nice, Forecaster possesses a bit of a jealous streak. This most often shows up when dealing with Nudi, who she has a crush on. (As a result, she doesn't like Ana very much.) In battle, she mostly relies on her versatility of moveset.
