Xatu is in a word, strange. Tagg's oldest active team member (In terms of seniority, since Sentinel is far older than he is.) he was caught at the Ruins of Alph when Tagg was 11, apparently because he felt that it was his destiny to. A very mysterious mon, he often talks in riddles, trolls, and appears to be playing a long chess game with certain humans and Pokémon alike, though despite appearances he is on the side of good. Xatu is also a master of Teleport, and is capable of using it for cross-region travel if Tagg doesn't feel like walking or flying.
