Roc

Roc is Tagg's male Staraptor, a very lazy Pokémon who won't make the effort to write his own wiki page, but has enough Hyper Awareness to know that someone is just doing so anyway. He is a caring but very stern Pokémon.

Tagg captured Roc alongside Shinx (later Luxray) about four years previous to the events of the RP. The Starly actually fell asleep and fell off his tree and on top of Tagg's head.

Roc has tremendous physical strength and can, under the effect of Gravity, lift, toss and flip a table Metagross without as much as a sweat.

He is also the father of Shahinne. Where she got the energy and initiative which Roc seems to so egregiously lack, is a mystery.
